Trementina (Traditional Pinon Salve)

The Spanish word for "Trementina" is commonly used to name the sap of the pinon tree of northern New Mexico. Folk remedies made from this sap have been used for centuries to relieve skin abrasions, scrapes, and for drawing out splinters. Made in the "curandera" tradition of New Mexico, the sap is carefully hand gathered, infused into olive oil and blended with Beeswax to create this traditional salve. Comes in 2oz. can.
